Shoaib Haroon is a senior commercial executive with over 25 years directing P&L, operations, and growth for multinational retail, FMCG, QSR, and hospitality businesses. He has built a track record of launching new-country operations from greenfield to AUD 60M+ in annual turnover, turning around underperforming portfolios, and scaling workforces of up to 4,000 people across multi-state networks — moving fluidly between board-level strategy and hands-on operational leadership.

Alongside his executive career, Shoaib has been a driving force behind the Asian Australian Business Council (AABC) since its inception. A founding member of the organization, he served as its President until December 2019, steering its early growth and community impact, and continues to serve today as General Secretary and Vice President — a testament to his long-standing commitment to advancing Asian Australian business interests and his ability to sustain leadership impact well beyond a single term.
